Shannon Marley, CMHC
Therapist
Shannon is highly experienced supporting adolescents, adults, and families through various challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, LGBTQ+ related issues, trauma, and major life transitions. She deeply believes that each individual and family situation should be viewed uniquely and strives to hold space for their own history, experiences, and story. Based on this belief, Shannon takes an eclectic approach to treating each individual, as she draws from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and among several others.
Clients can expect Shannon to work with them to create an open and safe environment, where they can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. She understands the courage it takes to seek help and is committed to empowering her clients throughout their journey toward growth and/or healing.
Beyond her professional role, Shannon is actively engaged in the Crossfit community, exploring the great outdoors, and finding one-of-a-kind treasures at local markets.
