Natalie Avery, CSW

Therapist

Natalie is here to support kids, teens, and adults who may be feeling the weight of trauma, anxiety, or depression, especially in today’s fast paced environment. While working with her, you can expect collaborative sessions that draw on your strengths and help you to develop tools to create meaningful changes in your life. Natalie will strive to make working together comfortable and open, blending reflection with growth, and maybe even a little humor along the way.

Natalie earned her Masters in Social Work at the University of Utah, with a mental health emphasis, where she also received a certificate in School Social Work. She has a background working in an adolescent residential treatment center, a public school setting, and an outpatient clinic where she served adults and youth ages 9-17 and their caregivers, with various mental health and substance use conditions.

When she’s not in the office, you will find her outside in all seasons birding, hiking, biking, or other means of enjoying the outdoors. She also loves sharing meals with her family and a small circle of friends while enjoying good conversations and plenty of laughter.
