Jackie is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with more than 25 years of experience. She specializes in helping adolescents, adults, and families that are managing anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, and/or attachment challenges. Jackie has extensive therapeutic and management experience across various levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, therapeutic boarding schools, residential, and inpatient treatment. She is trained in several therapeutic modalities, including ERP, DBT, EMDR, DBT-PE, CBT, and NLP, and has worked as a supervisor of other therapists seeking licensure.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams (particularly BYU football and the Utah Jazz), as well as spending time in nature, going to the movies, cooking, traveling, and appreciating music. Above all, she treasures spending time with her family and embraces her role as an Auntie.
