Carron Zullo-Ellsworth, CSW

Therapist

I believe in YOU and that you are your own best guide and healer. My role is to help you and support you on your journey as I strive to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space for all. I work with children, youth, adults, couples and families ages 3+ with many experiences including: trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, faith crises, life transitions, and parenting. Each person is incredibly unique, and we will explore together to find what works best for you every step of the way. My approach is client-centered, LGBTQIA+ and trauma informed, and grounded in attachment theory. Among others, I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, play therapy, sand tray, somatic therapy and mindfulness. Outside of work, I enjoy the chaos of raising my three kids, yoga, dancing, reading, puzzles, and spending time in the great outdoors. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to growth and healing.
