Alesha has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy. Her experience varies from working with individuals as young as 3 and as wise as 91. This includes working with at risk youth, providing intensive outpatient family therapy, intensive group therapy, crisis services and inpatient stabilization. Alesha strives to create a judgment free, compassion filled environment in which clients are encouraged to be and find their authentic selves. She tailors her modalities to fit the client’s needs; including, Client-centered, CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, Family Systems, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic techniques.
